It's been four months since my blog and I just thought I'd send a little update in case some of you have read my initial blog.. and if you haven't then check it out below.
i can't believe how the program has continued to better my life.. through the continued techniques I've really boosted my confidence and learned how to talk to people and I've just moved leaps and bounds in the past few months. It's amazing how Igor's techniques have really continually helped me and I hope to keep learning more throughout my life. I've had more life progress in the last 4 months than i have in the last 4 years.
I really hope that my blog has helped some of you find the wonderful techniques Igor had to offer.
